A little info for ya Steve. It looks to be a Chevy V8 (rear distributor). That is a B&M roots type blower (supercharger) bolted to it (on top), with a pair of 4bbl carbs bolted on top of the blower. It looks like an ad from the 80's, highlighting B&M products. They are still making automotive parts:)

Oh, MY! That looks like the "Slant 6" that was in my red 240 Z in 1972. But then, I know nothing about engines, except that I had that car for over 10 years, with faithful service and no problems whatever! Do you know what this engine is? A nice capture! V/F
