I love working in New Zealand as there is always something new to excite me. I learned the hard way with film B/W, colour negatives and slides and now love the freedom that digital cameras can give you. As I am often several months behind when I start working on my pictures I am often surprised and excited at what I find. Each individual has to be adapted depending on the subject; sometimes they are nearly untouched and others have hours of creative changes to get them looking perfect.

Going UP, to me, is Optimistic anding DOWN is Pessimistic. So this must be an optimistic glimpse, right? I'm not sure what this is a photo "of" but this is a happy image and title, Steve. V/F

Abstract, simple, direct. I like this a lot, Steve! Also I think it's interesting that we usually think of going down to the ground rather than up, and so this is even a subtle unexpected irony here. L/F Pinned "Concepts and Creativity"
