About Steve Taylor
I love working in New Zealand as there is always something new to excite me. I learned the hard way with film B/W, colour negatives and slides and now love the freedom that digital cameras can give you. As I am often several months behind when I start working on my pictures I am often surprised and excited at what I find. Each individual has to be adapted depending on the subject; sometimes they are nearly untouched and others have hours of creative changes to get them looking perfect.

Nice macro of a flower, Steve! Yes, this is when the Honey Bee sucks up the nectar from the flower through its proboscis and collects pollen and stores it into a "honey basket" on its leg! Then, you and I get to enjoy all the hard work from this wonderful creature--the Honey Bee! Enjoying delicious honey makes me happy and looking at this bright capture, Steve, brings me joy! Nicely done! L/F!
